MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is about remaining in the moment, not worrying about the past or fretting about the future. By remaining in the present, it allows you to stay focused and studies have shown that by practicing Mindfulness regularly, it can improve your general health, mental well-being and relationships. More and more schools and workplaces are now starting off their day by taking a few minutes to regulate their breathing and calm their mind. Improvements in their performance and attitudes have exceeded expectations leading to a calmer, more efficient and productive day.

MyCV&ME

Our programme will build on the skills, talent and self-confidence of the person allowing them to express who they are and how best they can be supported into the job market successfully. Adopting the person centred approach, we will work with building social skills, life skills, confidence and motivation to enable the individual to leave with a fully completed CV and individual personal profile that explains their triggers and coping mechanisms on a daily basis. Using this method, we are asking that employers think outside the box and look beyond the CV and acknowledge the person gaining a much better understanding of the abilities that they have and that they can bring to their workplace.
